Since Opus won the recent listening test with excellent quality, I am kindly asking everyone reading this to please vote for Ogg Vorbis and Opus support on the IE Developer site. It will only take a minute of your time. Internet Explorer is currently the world's #2 most popular web browser, so its support of Opus and Vorbis will mean a lot to web developers, even if you personally use Chrome or Firefox—or even if you hate Microsoft and use Linux! Voting on the suggestion is quick and easy—just open the link above, click [Vote], enter an email address (no verification required), and click the [3 votes] button. Opus and Vorbis are currently supported in Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. You will not receive any spam from this, only status updates (I have not received any on this suggestion yet), and comment notifications (only if you opt in). Thank you to all who have taken the time to vote so far! If you want to test HTML5 audio capability in your current web browser, I found an excellent HTML5 audio demo page here.
